It reviewed the application of the Town of Markham and the results of the Ministry’s corresponding questionnaire survey against Board principles. The results of their deliberations were to Officially Approve the name. The rationale was that the naming proposal was supported by the local Council Resolution and consistent with adjacent related features or place names.
