The Reesor family are among the most prominent of the Pennsylvania German Mennonite families that settled in Markham in 1804. It is believed this house was constructed about 1855 for Abraham and Martha Reesor.  
Architectural Attributes
Relocated from 8192 Reesor Road, this Gothic Revival style farm house was built on an L-shaped plan having segmental arched windows and a central peak. The front and side verandahs have been recreated to their earlier form.
