The Brumwell family were leading members of the Tunker Church.   Architectural Attributes Constructed in 1910 for Wilmot and Jenny Brumwell the house is an excellent example of a substantial brick house built at the beginning of the 20th Century, incorporating elements of both the Queen Anne and Edwardian styles.
