The John Lunau Heritage Research Centre is an archival collection focusing on the history of the Town of Markham, as embodied in print, manuscripts, maps and photographs. The Centre is named after John Lunau, the late local historian, founder of the Markham Museum and a Berczy settler descendent. It is located in the Markham Village Library and access to the collection is available by appointment. For information, call 905-513-7977.
